All the talk about Q/A Q/C plans becomes rather insignificant when you have set an offshore rig in the wrong place because in a time-crunch someone inverted a number and his dislexia was no better when he "self checked" his computaions.  There should be an "automatic" way to failsafe our computations from being subject to input and transfer errors. Credit card companies do it every day, why cann't we?
