Hi,
Does any one know the criteria how ITE assigns land use codes. On one of my project I am confused what land use code do I need to use for a hotel of 104 rooms. Is it a Hotel-310 or Business Hotel – 312? I would appreciate if any one could help me out.
Thanks
Ghouse
