Slab Jacking of PCC Road Panels
Source:Internet Author:Unknow Pubdate:2008-03-18

I have several sections of pcc roadway slabs that have settled, creating rough ride.  I am considering two injection products to adjust the panels to grade, power slurry injection of a grout type material or injection of a "Uretek" product.  What are the pros and cons for each.  What service life can I expect to see from each?

What caused the settlement?

Please see FAQ731-376 for great suggestions on how to make the best use of Eng-Tips Fora.  See FAQ158-922 for recommendations regarding the question, "How Do You Evaluate Fill Settlement Beneath Structures?"

The settlement was most likey caused by moisture seeping through the joints and cracked areas, displacing fines in the subgrade.   字串9
