Hello all,
I am trying to decide what is the best CAD add-on program for my purposes. I am a landscape architect and up to this point I have been just using plain old AutoCAD to do all of my grading plans, road profiles, detention pond design, etc, etc. I have very limited knowledge of the capabilities of add on programs like CivalCAD, LandCAD, and Easy Surf.
What programs should I be looking into for what I'm doing? What are the advantages an disadvantages of the programs you use?
Thanks for the input!!!

LAs I've worked with in the past have used Eaglepoint or LandCAD for the types of tasks you describe. Civils in our office use Eaglepoint. I don't know the relative pros/cons but I would look at Eaglepoint as you shop around.
